  • Your call will be answered by a live person 24 hours a day regardless of the office hours.
  • Regular office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Limited exceptions to these hours can be made in certain circumstances (e.g. after hours and/or weekends).

  • Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. Fees are collected as a percentage of client recovery prior to deduction of expenses. Personal injury clients are not responsible for fees or costs if no recovery is obtained. Criminal defense cases are usually handled on a flat fee, plus costs/expenses, depending on the nature of the case.
